Received wrong earrings

Received a set of clip on gold earrings, NOT the pearl earrings I ordered, which were supposed to go with a pearl necklace that I ordered. There is no customer service of any kind. there is a "chat" button in the lower right, but it does nothing. Three emails have gone unanswered. Really poor.
