Poor Packaging for Nail Polish 5-pack: BROKE AND SPILLED

I ordered a special promo that appeared on Brad's Deals. I had no idea about this e-commerce site. (Mitopdeal)

I purchased a pack of nail polish (a good brand)--it was a deal for $11 + shipping. Well, you get what you pay for!! When I got the package, it's as if someone just dumped the bottles of nail polish into the flimsy mailing Pak. No one thought or could be bothered to wrap the bottles with even recycled newspaper! Well, 2 caps broke, and I received an exploded package of nail polish. I know this sounds petty and silly over $11 plus shipping, but gross, the purchase was not worth the wasted product/package.

I have managed an e-commerce business before, but it also doesn't take a genius to know that a nail-polish-exploded package is NOT okay. So I asked for a refund--a full refund, really because everything was pretty much was a muck.

They didn't even acknowledge the poor packaging and how the product spilled over...

E-commerce sites should have better accountability.

I ordered and the nail polish came with spills and paint on outside of bottles. The colors were all terrible. I’ve reached out and keep getting little to no resolution. Won’t order again.

Great deal

All 5 nail polishes came in different beautiful colors. I was a bit surprised to get popular colors, as I assumed it was overstock or something. Packaging and all was in tact and came fairly quickly. Definitely would recommend, based on my experience.

Broken mess

Three of my bottles had broken, I had paid for 10, I had to thrown them away. I’d like a replacement.

I opened my bag and out came this nail polish that had almost exploded in my bag. Got polish all over my hands. What a mess!
