I got these batteries at a killer price compared to name brands. So far so good. I've had problems in the past with Energizers and Duracells leaking out after 3 or 4 years either still in the package or while installed in flashlights or other items, in which case they also destroy the item that they were installed in. I figure if these give a 10 year shelf life, I should be good for 10 years. I guess time will tell, but they were definitely a lot cheaper than the name brands, so I can afford to replace them after about 5 years and not risk leakage!!
