The vacuum suction is fantastic! The cord is long! The brushless suction is great for hard wood floors.
The value for what I paid, I can deal, but unhappy with the everyday usability of the product. That's where my good vibe ends. The unit is heavy, the bagless compartment is a pain to empty. The hose attachment to the unit and the handle is difficult to maneuver. If you are a man or a woman with large hands, good luck! The swivel attachment is so stiff and hard to turn, I don't even bother to use the extra 12 inches. It's too much work. If you want to vacuum stairs, do your bicep and tricep exercises first. The release to move the vacuum is stiff and I'm afraid will break every time I pull the handle back.
