I purchased these because I like medium toothbrushes. They are all soft, and I will be saving them for guests. Those who have used them have liked them.

I ordered these because they specifically state they are medium but they are all
Soft. So I donated them to a non-profit org i support that does homeless outreach here in NYC. Either check to make sure if you sell both med and soft, or change the listing to reflect what you have. No quality issues to speak of.
