ShipAid Delivery Guarantee

Did not receive in time for Solar Eclipse Event. Product still has not arrived after a month.

Ordered eclipse glasses. Supposed to be delivered March 26th. Did get them on the 8th but not until AFTER the eclipse. Will NEVER order from Mitopdeal again. Worst customer service ever. Kept telling me that the tracking number was showing movement for the next day. Had to contact customer service five times before they finally refunded my money. DO NOT do business with this company

Hands down the worst service I'll never use again. They don't make good on the delivery guarantee and I don't think anything was ever shipped, because there were never any updates for the "tracking number" that they gave me. Not a single one. And as far as the customer service goes wh
en I contacted them to let them know a mistake had been made and I never received my coffee pot it was the rudest, most unprofessional, and completely unhelpful bunch of nonsense I've ever been told in my adult life. Bottom line; go play in traffic, is basically what I was told. I asked for the photographic proof of the delivery being made none was ever provided. Any other company's delivery guarantee always has some type of proof (photo, signature, something) but not these people. I stupidly paid extra for the delivery guarantee. I hope no one else wastes money like I did.
