Never received

Very unhappy with this, I originally contacted customer service for an update on restocking. I was told it was back and order. Got a tracking update that said waiting for shipment to be received. That was the same for over 2 weeks, reached out to customer service and was told it would be reshipped. I didn’t understand since it wasn’t shipped to begin with, anyway another 2 weeks went by only to have customer service ask if I still wanted the mixer. I said yes since it was a month ago, told it was being processed.
Then to really add insult to injury, told that I’d be refunded and as of this review no refund no mixer.
