Arrived Dead on Arrival

Pepper worked as expected. The salt grinder was dead and seemed locked up. Multiple attempts using their "Chat" system proved unsuccessful. They asked for a picture of the non-working item, then they asked for a video of the non-working item. All complied with. Since then, it's just crickets. Rather odd system for dealing with customer service needs. Meant to be part of a gift that is now long past and just some Chinese junk to toss away as Mitopdeal seems disinterested in correcting things.

Purchased two sets of the salt and pepper grainders and I am so pleased. the built in light makes it easy to see the amount of seasoning being added to food. they feel sturdy and look really nice on the table.
