This product is completely terrible. If you get a work in unit, it’ll probably work for about an hour and then you’ll spend the rest of the time trying to return this item or get your money back which eventually it might not even happen because customer service is absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money, please

The width of the path is smaller than most vacuums, but the suction is good. We would rather use the highest suction power to get everything sucked on one pass, and in this case, the battery does not last too long. Within 15 minutes on high the battery is depleted. The touchscreen is very sensitive, as is the trigger. Getting used to grasping the power in my hand is different than a normal vacuum. It is light, but my wrist still hurts a bit after using. It's just this style I am not familiar with. But my 90-year-old father can use it, and says it is much easier than the upright. Once you learn how to open the proper area, it is very easy to clean. The battery does NOT charge while attached to the vacuum, so you must remove the battery every time to charge it. It would be nice if you could plug it in while it is in its wall cradle all attached. The front light is great, as it really is directed to the ground and with the green color, you can see all the dirt you are about to suck. I do love using the attachments to clean stairs and furniture, and there is no cord to worry about. Overall, I am happy with this vacuum, but it is my first ever stick help vacuum.
