No merchandise

The watch was never received and merchant acknowledges that shipment was lost in transit. I declined a replacement and have requested a refund 5 times with no resolution. Supposedly a refund was issued but I have never got confirmation from Mitopdeal or Shop Pay and no refund on my credit card.. It is impossible to talk to anyone and their so called chat help is anything but. Avoid these people like the shysters they are.
