ShipInsure Package Protection

I bought these speakers and one arrived broken. I tried doing the shipinsure but it would not let me submit a claim. Could not press submit on phone or computer. Contacted Mitopdeal and they over a few days said they would send a replacement and have not. Disappointing customer service!!!

The bike is adorable, was a good price, came quickly & was easy to put together.
