This was an embarrassing moment for me and it was the 1st time I had put them on!! I purchased these similar earrings about 10 years ago and had no problem,. I finally found your company again to re-order and this quality is horrible!
What happened with the old manufacturer that produced a great product or you out sourced the earring product and the resulted in a less qualitative product sold to your customer that you just lost.
I like these earrings. They are beautiful but not as pictured in the ad
They was ordered by mistake and, they're not the same as the item pictured in the advertisement. When I wanted to return them, it cost more to return them than what I paid for them. DO NOT BUY THESE EARRINGS. THEY'RE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! THEY'RE CRAP!!!!
