I ordered the 6 plug outlet and received the 3 plug outlet. I tried to contact customer service 4 times and did not get a response. Sounds like other people had the same issue. Will not order from them again.
I ordered and paid for the ICOVER 6-OUTLET SURGE PROTECTOR WITH 2 USB PORTS & LED NIGHTLIGHT but received a 4-outlet instead. I notified Mitopdeal 2 times and was sent a reply that they were busy and would get back to me soon- it never happened! I paid with Paypal so I put a claim in through them. Mitopdeal finally replied that I should send back the outlets to them - AT MY EXPENSE!! I opted not to do that and will keep the wrong items but I will never order from them again! Not a reputable company- buyer beware!!
