missing pieces

not happy that it came with 2 missing dividers. took me forever trying to resolve it. the offer was $4 credit then it was changed to $8 I accepted now it is ready for the trash can. disappointed and asked for a replacement but it's way too difficult to deal with these fraudsters. I purchased some others they were not up to par. If I order again I will inspect the item carefully

works - tested ports and compared to my phone charger

It is hard to review a charger because how fast a device charges is very dependent on not only the charger, but the device, and even the charging cable. To test this product, I ran charging tests on one of my phones to see how long it took to charge the phone from 10% to 60%,; that is how long it took to charge the phone battery over 50% of its full battery amount. I was interested in this because the item box says you can fast charge from 0% to 50% in 30 minutes. Since it is difficult to get the battery all the way to 0%, my experiment was from 10-60%. The device has one "fast charge" USB A port, two regular USB A ports, and one USB C port. I tested the "fast charge" port, one of the regular ports, and compared to my normal phone charger that came with the phone. I used the exact same phone and cable for all 3 tests. To my amazement, the charge time was EXACTLY the same for all 3 charging scenarios. The phone took 53 minutes to charge from 10-60% in all 3 cases. This tells me that the charge time was most likely determined by the phone and cable, not by the 3 different chargers. As for other features: there is a power cord that plugs into the back, and an on/off switch with power on indicator light that is also in the back. I guess that is fine, but I would prefer that the switch and light be in the front so you could get to them easily, or at least the light to be in the front where you could tell that power was on. But that isn't a show stopper. I verified that the USB C port was putting out power, but I did not test it for speed or power, as that depends on even more factors, and my phone device was not a USB C device. The unit came with 4 plastic dividers that allow you to stand up 3 devices on top of it. Note that the pictures show 5 plastic dividers and show 4 devices being charged, as it is called a Power Hub4. So it appears that mine came with one of the plastic dividers missing, as was also noted by another reviewer. Mine also appeared to have been an open box item, as although the package appeared sealed, the packaging inside the box looked incomplete and not "new". Note that one reviewer stated that the dividers fall out easily. That is true if you don't install them correctly. When I first took it out and put the dividers up, yes, they were falling off easily. But then I read the instructions which state that you have to firmly press on the dividers until you hear a click sound. Once I did that, they seem very sturdy and don't move around or want to fall out at all. So there is some sort of internal clamp that holds them steady in place - a nice feature. Over all this was worth the low price, but I do wish I had all 5 dividers. Hope this helps others.

Good, but used

My charger arrived quickly, but was obviously a previously used unit. The inside packaging was torn and one of the panes that are used to separate devices being charged was missing (I only received 4 instead of the 5 listed). The device seems to work okay, but be aware that you may not get all that you think you're getting.
